WIWW - Lilly Popover

I love everything about this Lilly popover. From the bright colors, to the soft comfortable feel, I can already tell that this will be one of my favorite pieces for the fall. What sold me on it was the versatility. You can wear this so many different ways, for example, you can pair it with shorts on a cool summer night, dress it up for dinner out with white pants and heels, or wear it on days you want to look put together but don't feel like trying. Also, how can you not love the detail of the gold zipper that keeps this from being too casual of a piece? Seriously, who would have thought you could get so many different looks with a popover (aka a pullover sweatshirt)?

I decided to pair it with my teal pants mainly because I was stoked that they fit again and were a perfect match to the blue in the top. Yes, I am aware that this is quite a loud outfit and may not be your cup of tea, but I thoroughly enjoy the brightness.

Seeing as this pullover is appropriately named a 'popover', I knew that the only way to wear it was with the collar popped. So of course, I had to monogram the back collar for a perfect personalized preppy look.

    1. Thank you! I think the finishes is what makes this more than a 1/4 zip pullover

    1. Thank you! I need to wear more blues and greens. For some reason I'm always attracted to pinks and reds which definitely don't work as well with my complexion and hair. ;)
